We will always respect your privacy. We believe that just because you phone a company or email with an enquiry, it does not give that company the right to hound you to the grave. Also we will never have any of those infuriating boxes that you have to tick if you do NOT want to receive junk mail and telesales calls for the rest of your life..

Salesman

Inviting someone into your home or business, who then proceeds to interrogate you for hours is not our idea of service. We do not have salesman, only advisors / surveyors.

Our products and installers

We will only ever supply the highest quality products all our installers are fully trained and certified by Governing bodies. They are not allowed to install any products not approved by FOC.

Our Prices

The reason why our prices are much lower than our competitors is very simple: we deal direct and we make far less gross profit in the hope of forming a relationship with the customers who buy from us. We do not pay a salesman's commission or salary, a retailers margin, an estimators time and expense, pay for offices or busy units for us to (just sit in) and a host of office staff to look after the above.
